Hardeners and Thinners

Hardeners react with the bonding agents in the paint/varnish; without hardeners, classic 2K varnishes would not dry and the surface would not become more resistant. However, modern, waterborne Zweihorn^® coating systems can be used with or without hardeners. Thinners serve to optimise the processing viscosity of coating material for the intended application. Zweihorn^® hardeners and thinners are designed for the corresponding Zweihorn^® paints/varnishes, so please follow the exact mixing ratios given to obtain immaculate results
